Privacy Policy
This page explains what information the Clleancode website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It describes how this website behaves; it is not a description of how we handle data inside client projects, which is covered by the agreement for that project.

What we collect
When you contact us
If you send us a message through the contact form, we receive whatever you put in it — typically your name, your email address and your message. A copy is emailed to us and a copy is stored in this website’s database so that we do not lose an enquiry if email fails. We keep enquiries for as long as they are commercially useful and delete them on request.
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which is loaded only on pages that contain a form. Cloudflare processes some technical information about your browser in order to decide whether the submission is automated. Turnstile does not use tracking cookies and does not profile you across websites. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Analytics
This site can use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It is not loaded unless you choose “Accept All Cookies” on the cookie banner. Until you accept, the script is present in the page but inert, and no request is made to Google. If you choose “Reject Cookies”, it is never activated.
Cookies and local storage
Your choice on the cookie banner is stored in your browser’s local storage so that you are not asked again on every page. That value stays on your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser’s site data will reset it and the banner will appear again.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google sets its own cookies under its own policy: Google Privacy Policy.
Server logs
Like most websites, our host records basic technical information about requests, such as IP address, browser and the page requested. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising on this website. We do not create profiles of visitors beyond the aggregate reporting that Google Analytics provides, and only when you have accepted it.
Your choices
You can decline analytics cookies at any time by choosing “Reject Cookies”, or by clearing this site’s data in your browser and choosing again. You can ask us what enquiry data we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@clleancode.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date below.
